Description of Work
Supplement No. 15 provides for updating the wetland boundary for the environmental documentation.
The Local Agency of City of Port Orchard
desires to supplement the agreement entered into with BergerABAM Inc.
and executed on 8/20/2005 and identified as Agreement No. STPUS-6601(004)
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days for
completion of the work to read: No change.

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:

SUPPLEMENTAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
SUPPLEMENT NO. 15
TREMONT STREET WIDENING
(SR 16 to PORT ORCHARD BOULEVARD)
The services to be furnished by BergerABAM (hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT), upon
receipt of written direction to proceed from the City of Port Orchard (hereinafter referred to as the
AGENCY), are supplemented as described below. Unless otherwise noted, the following scope of
work supplements the original scope of work, as well as the scope of work for previous supplements.
The CONSULTANT shall provide the following services, which are expanded scope from the original
scope of work. The estimated level of effort for Supplement No. 15 work is shown in Exhibit E.
The CONSULTANT shall provide the following.
TASK 1.0 - PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
1.4 Invoicing
The CONSULTANT shall prepare and submit monthly invoices, including a tabulation of hours
expended, broken down by each major task. This will include project reports summarizing the
status of the budget.
1.6 Subconsultant Coordination and Administration
The CONSULTANT shall perform ongoing subconsultant coordination as necessary.

• Monthly progress report and invoice (one copy)
TASK 2.0 - DATA COLLECTION
The CONSULTANT will assist the CITY in updating the Wetland boundary for the environmental
documentation.
2.01 Survey Control
The CONSULTANT will recover and verify survey control.
2.02 Wetland Boundary Survey Re-establishment
The CONSULTANT will stake out and re-establish approximately 16 flag locations as
determined by the environmental permitting person on -site at the time of surveying.
2.03 Wetland Boundary Survey Adjustments
The CONSULTANT will stake out and adjust the wetland boundary for approximately 16 flag
locations as determined in the field by the environmental permitting person on -site at the time
of surveying.
2.04 Update Basemap
The CONSULTANT will update the wetland topographic basemap based on the revised
wetland boundary staking.

• Updated CAD file with the revised wetland boundary for the area adjacent to the roadway
It is recognized by both parties that efforts to provide services under this supplemental
agreement can vary considerably from estimates utilized to develop the additional amount
payable for this supplemental agreement. Some budget items may cost more and other items
may cost less. The CONSULTANT reserves the right to use any remaining or unused budget of
their subconsultants for other tasks.
