The City of Port Orchard Encourages Citizens to Utilize Online Services for City Business

PORT ORCHARD, WA – Due to the escalating COVID situation, we are operating with reduced staffing levels. Staff is available to answer telephone calls and respond to emails, but you
may likely experience longer response times to your inquiries. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work through this difficult time.
We encourage you to use our online services, email, or telephone as we navigate these challenging times.
If you need to conduct your business at any City facility, a mask is required per the State of Washington Governor’s Proclamation 20-25.

Alternative ways to pay your Utility Bill:
Drop Box: You may drop off your payment in the drop box located at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA, located to the right of the main doors.
Online: Pay on-line at https://www.cityofportorchard.us/. We accept credit and debit. There is no fee to pay online.
Phone: You may call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139 during City Hall Hours: Monday-Friday, (8:00am – 4:30pm) excluding holidays.
Mail: You may mail your payment to: City of Port Orchard, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
Automatic Withdrawal: Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account bi-monthly. To receive an application, call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139.
