PURPOSE: To amend the above -referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of
Ecology (ECOLOGY) and Port Orchard Public Works Department (RECIPIENT) for the Port Orchard Downtown Basin
Stormwater Plan (PROJECT).
An extension of this agreement is needed to provide the RECIPIENT with additional time to comply with the state's
COVID-19 closures.
1) The grant expiration date is extended from June 30, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
