A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington
fixing the hearing on a petition for a vacation of a
portion of Bank Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a
portion of Bank Street further described as follows, is
hereby fixed for Monday, April 12, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. .ir.
the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street,
Port Orchard, Washington.
A strip of Bank Street 23 feet wide by 40 feet
in length lying Northerly of and adjacent to the
North property line of Lot 4, Block 8, Plat of
Sidney.
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real.
estate abutting on the above described area.
The petitioners cgnstitutes more than two-thirds of
the owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that proceedings be had
hereon for the vacation of said area of said street in
the manner prescribed by RCW Chapter 36.79.
