1143 - Resolution - Equipment Rental RatesCOUNTY SEAT OF KITSAP COUNT-Y, VVASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. f%��f t/ EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES WHEREAS, due to inflation, the cost of fuel, repair parts and equipment replacement has increased, and WHEREAS, the rental rates established`` in 1973 did not allow nor anticipate the rate of escalation of costs and which are now too low, and WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to increase the equipment rental rates under authorization as a (3rd) third class city pursuant to RCW 35.06.010, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council hereby: Authorizes the City Engineer/Superintendent of Public Works to increase the Equipment Rental Rates enough to absorb cost increases which are included in the attached Equipment Rental Rates.
