RESOLUTION NO. 114f'
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
THAT the First State Bank of Port Orchard, Washington be
designated as a second depository for public funds of the City of
Port Orchard, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Treasurer of the City of
Port Orchard be and she is hereby authorized to invest such of
the City of Port Orchard funds as she may deem advisable in Time
Certificates of Deposit of First State Bank, Port Orchard, Wash.,
which bank is a qualified depository of Public Funds under the
laws of the State of Washington, Finance Commission.

PETITION FOR VACATION OF STREET
TO: City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington
COMES NOW the undersigned petitioners and, pursuant to RCW
Chapter 35.79, respectfully show:
I.
The undersigned petitioners request that the following
described portion of an unnamed alley in the City of Port Orchard
be vacated pursuant to RCW Chapter 35.79:
Southerly 8 feet of the 16 foot unnamed alley contiguous
to Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 3, Wheeler's Second Addition
to Sidney, situated in the City of Port Orchard.
II.
Each of the undersigned petitioners is the owner of an
interest in real estate abutting on the above -described area.
Four persons own property abutting on said area.
IV.
The names and addresses of the owners of property abutting
on said area are as follows:

The undersigned petitioners constitute more than two-thirds
of the owners of said abutting property.
W H E R E F 0 R E, petitioners pray that proceedings be had
hereon for the vacation Of said area in the manner prescribed by
RCW Chapter 35.79, and further pray that upon vacation of the said
Southerly 8 feet,, fee simple in said Southerly 8 feet will vest in
Mr. and Mrs. James C. Hiott, one of the abutting land owners.
