to Sidney.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Washington, as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a portion of Alley
further describedas follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, January 26,
1976 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect
Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
The eight (8) feet of the unnamed alley, contiguous to

Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Wheeler's Second Addition to Sidney, situate in
the City of Port Orchard. =
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting

on the above described area. -
The petitioners constitutes more than„two-thirds of the owners of
said portions of abutting property..
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the
vacation of said area of said street in the manner proscribed by RCW Chapter
36.79
