A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, fixing the
hearing on the petition for a -,racation of a portion of Cedar Street.
BE ILT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington,
as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of portion of Cedar Street,
described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday the cfay of April 1973, at
7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port
Orchard, Washington
Starting at a point and proceeding north from the intersection of the
northerly boundary of Lot 11, intersecting with Lot 13, Block 7, Wheelers
Addition; thence proceeding north 7.5 ft. more or less to a point intersecting
with the center line of alley; thence westerly on a line parallel to the north
lot line of said Lot 11; thence on to a line to a point intersecting the west
boundary of Cedar Street; thence southeasterly along the west boundary of Cedar
Street to a point established by a line extending westerly adjacent to and
parallel to the south lot line of Lot 12, Block 1 of Tom Clines Addition;
thence easterly to a point intersecting with said south lot line of Lot 12
and the east boundary of Cedar Street; thence northerly along the east bound-
ary of Cedar Street to a point which is the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block
8, Wheelers Addition; thence easterly on a line parallel and adjacent to the
north lot line of said Lot 1 for a distance of 30 feet more or less to a point;
thence turning in a northerly direction on an angle of 900 more or less to a
point of intersection with the southerly lot lines between the east line of
Lot 12 and the west line of Lot 13, Block 7, Wheelers Addition; thence west-
erly parallel and adjacent to the southerly lot line of Lot 12 to the inter-
section of Lot 12 and east boundary of Cedar Street; thence northwesterly
along the east boundary of Cedar Street to the center line of junction of the
alley; thence easterly to the point of beginning. Excepting for existing
easements for utilities as required by the City of Port Orchard. Access to
Tax Lot 11 will be provided by existing easements.
