BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF IdZ CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
THAT the Clerk of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is I
authorized to appropriate from the unexpended 1969 budget balance, the!
sum of 528,463,85 to the 1970 budget appropriations, Current Expense,
Fire Department - Capital Outlay (new fire hall construction, special
levy account).
T1?AT the Clerk of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is
authorized to make the following budgetary appropriations for 1969:
o Street Fund, 88.537.55 (Maintenance & Operation $3,336.50 and Capital
Outlay -Construction $5,201,05); to Arterial Street r'und $64,549.27
(Capital O,itlay-Construction, approved urban Arterial Project -Phase I;'
to Sewer Fund $10, 546 , 23. (Salaries & Wages $7 , 221. 5L & �,a intenance &
Operation $3,324,72; to Sewer Construction Fund, West Bay Street Inter-
ceptor $138,450,81 ($134,845,25 from sale of itevenue Warrants #1-21,
$23,700,00 from Federal Grant, Public Law 1r660 and $10,794,00 from
State Pollution Control Commission Grant); to LID #64 Construction Fund
$121,292.60 ($120,213,24 from sale of Revenue i4arrants #1-I1 and
$1,079,36 advance for Water & Sewer Construction Fund expenditures),
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAI the Clerk be authorized to make
the following 1969 budgetary classification transfers: Current Expense
Fund, General Government, from Maintenance & Operation to Salaries &
Wages, $1,173,78 and from 'iaintenance & Operation to Capital Outlay
$377,64; Police.De.partment, from Salaries & Wages to Capital Outlay
$459,84; Water Fund, from Salaries & Wages to %.aintenance & Operation 1
$674,36; Sewer Fund, from Interest & Debt Redemption to Maintenance &
Operation $4,905,00; & from Capital Outlay, Contingencies to Salaries
& Wages $488.62 & to Maintenance & Operation $762,84; Park Fund, from
Salaries & Wages to Maintenance & Operation $1,850.20 and from Capital
Outlay to Naintenance & Operation $209.28.
