1016 - Resolution - Transfer FundsRESOLUTION NO. 1016
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
That the Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby
is authorized to trassfer the balance of L.I.D. No. 24, 25, 26, 40, 42
and 43, in the amount of $857.15, to the L.I.D. Guaranty Fund;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT she be allowed to transfer $4500.00
from C. E. Fund to Arterial Street Fund as a temporary loan payable as
gasoline tax monies are received into Arterial Street Fund;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that she be allowed to cancel L.I.D.
No. 40 warrants #114 - 129, in the amount of $758.17, from further
accounting in the L.I.D. Guaranty Investment Fund, and cancel the out-
standing warrant of L.I.A. No. 43 in the amount of $49.00;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that she be allowed to transfer $561.58
from Current Expense Fund to L.Y.D. Guaranty Fund, cancelling Warrants No.
12 - 17, L.I.D. No. 59, being held by L.I.D. Guaranty Investment Fund.
