and said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tag
foreclosure sale, and at the time of said sale there were n.e3 i.nquent
assessments against said real property payable to Local improvement
District ��o. 48 in the 'Town of Port Orchard, and said Torn has paid to
Kitsap County taxes thereon as provided by law, and now has a
Treasurer's deed to said property, and the Town of Port Orchard is
desirous of selling said property to pay taxes and delinquent assessments
assessed against said real estate, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY Tn TO':� COMMIL OF THu TOMT OF PORT ORCHARD:
That the `Town.Treasurer of said Town of Port Orchard be, and she is
hereby directed to sell the property hereinbefore descr6-bed to the highest
and best bidder; the terms of the sale shall be for cash, and the Treasurer
shall accept no bid for less the: 4�300.00 for the four lots th ich shall be
sold as one unit.
The Treasurer is further directed to hold the sale on or after
4 o'clock p. m. on _`ray 249 1943, at the office of the Town Treasurer in
the City Hall of the Town of Fort Orchard, rashington; and said Town Treas-
urer is hereby directed to publish this notice and resolution in the Fort
Orchard Independent in its issue of Clay 13, 1943.
Bids for the purchase of said property shall be tendered in
writing, and shall be accorzpanied by cash or an approved check for
:50.00 as earnest money, and shall be delivered to the Town Treasurer of
the Town of y ort Orchard before 4:00 p. m. on 'Eay 24, 1943, after which
the bids will be opened, and the sale made to the highest and best bidder
unless all bids shall be rejected. Balance of the purchase price shall
be paid to the Town Treasurer of the Town of Port Orchard by the person
or persons to whom the said property shall be sold, within -five days
of the date of the sale, and a Treasurer's deed shall be issued to the
purchaser or purchasers of the said real property. .`.11 other money
deposited with the bids shall be returned to the bidders.

vertise at the discretion of the Town Treasurer.
