RESOLUTIMIT
BE I`� RESOLVED B'7 T:� Tj'PT COUNCIL OF THE 'TOF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGT01 :
That hereafter, riot more than one tapping fee shall be
required in respect to a conventional city lot, with undivided
ownership, no matter hoer many houses may be placed thereon, but
that in event t'.e said -property shall be sold and divid&d, a tap-
ping fee shall be required on suc-i segregation, and
BE IT FARTHER RESOTINEL' that it is the settled policy of
the Council of the T ovum of Port Orchard to charge a tapping fee
for each and every separate connecUion for l-ater, under any and all
circumsta:ices.
Thus passed by the Totin Council of the 'Town of Port Or-
chard, 'y+ashinoton, this 27t.1 day of January, 1936.
