WBEREAS, an election is called under the provisions of Ordinance
1To. 415, of the To��__ of Port Orchard, to be held in said lozvin on the ninth
day of _Tovember, 1935; Nau, t''ierefore,

SECTION 1. The s oz_i Cler'c is hereby directed to cause a copy of
said Ordinance _fo. 415 of t.. Townof Port Orchard to be published as soon
as possible by one inse_•tion thereof in the Port Orcriard Indepdent, which is
tre official newspaper of said down, published and circulated therein.
SECTICNi 2. The Town Cler-c is hereby directed immediately after
the publication and effective_ date of said Ordinance 110. 415, to certif-,r a
true copy of said Ordinance and a true copy of this resolution to tie Elec-
tion Board of the County of litsap, "Jashington, and said Election Board shall
thereupon provide places for holdinL- the election, appoint precinct election
officers therefor, and-.rovide for their compensation, provide ballot poxes
�^ and ballots or voting I:iachi ,es, poll books and tally sheets, and deliver them
to the precinct election officers at the polling places. Said Election Board
shall yublish notice to be published in the Port Orchard Independent, a tir '
ly newspaper (which is the official newspaper of said Town) by publication
t'rereof,' rn each issue of z aid newspaper for a period of at least ten d ors be-
fore said election date.
