BE IT RESOLVED that this budget shall be subject to a vote of
the quallified electors of the Town of Port Orchard, Washington, at an
election to be held SepbenibeT 25, 1934, whether the Town Council shall
be authorized to levy an additional four mills for general purposes and
3 mi11s for oiling the streets of the Town, and
BE IT FUR.7.UER, RESOLVED than the Town Council meet on ,
Monday evening, October list, 1934, at the Town Hall for the purpose of !
miakang the tax levies for the year 1935 in accordance with the foreg(ring
estimates, and said additional levies if authorized, at which ,time and
dace any person interested may appear and be heard in reference to the
sand proposed taxes, and the Clerk shall give notice of such hearing by �
publishing the same in accordance with law.
