RESOLUTION IN RE CLINE,
DWIGHT AND .AUSTIN SIDE- I

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN
,COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
PORT ORCHARD, WASHIINGTON,
SF ON 1: That the Town
03, n of the Town of Port
Omohard, pursuant to the Ordinance
Number 408 for the improvement
of Cline. Dwight, and Austin Streets,
by the building of a cement
I sidewalk on both sides of said
streets, has caused an assessment
roll to be made and submfutrted to
the council of the cast assessed s
against the said lots, tracts, and t
parcels of land within the said as-
sessment ddstrict, in payment thereof,
and the same has been ordered filed
with the town clerk for inspection
by any interested persons.
I !! SECTION 2: That July 22nd,
1935, at 8 p. m. at the Town Hall,
(Port Orchard, Kihsaaip County, Wash-
ington, has been fixed for the
hearing and consideration of the
said assessment roll, and all per-
sons desiring to object thereto, must
file their claims in wmiting with
the Town CZ.erk, at or prior to the
date fixed for the hearing, and the
Town Council will act as a Board
of Equalization for the purpose of
considering said roll and at such
hearing ar hearings will consider
Such objections, if any, and will
I correct, -revise, raise, lower, change,
or modify such roll or any part
thereof, or set aside such roll and
I order that such assessment be made
f anew as shall appear just and ;
equitable, then proceed to confirm
the said roll by ordinance.
Thus passed by the Town Council
of the Town of Port Orchard, this I .
tenth day of June. 1935.
