RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE',
TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF PORT ORCHARD that the esti-
mate of receipts and disbursements
for the year 1928 be adopted and a
time fixed for the hearing thereof.
The proposed budget for the year
1928 as adopted is as follows:

Monday evening, October 3rd, 1927,
at 7:30 p. m. for the purpose of
making the tax levy for the year
1928 in accordance with the fore-
going estimate, at which time and
place any person interested may ap-
pear and be heard in reference to
the said proposed tax levy, and the
Clerk shall give notice of said hear-
ing by publishing this resolution ac-
cording to law.
