RESOLUTION
Be It Resolved by the Town
Council of the Town of Port Orch-
ard, that the estimate of the re-
ceipts and disbursements of the
year 1926 be adopted and a time
fixed for the hearing thereof.

Council meet on Monday evening,
October 5th, 1925, at 7:30 p. m. at
the regular meeting of the Council.
for the purpose of making the tax
levies for the year 1926 in ac-
cordance with the foregoing esti-
mate, at which time and place any
person interested may appear and
be heard in reference to the said
proposed tax levies and the Clerk
shall give notice of such hearing by
publishing this resolution according
to law.
