Section 2. CALL FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed I bids will be received by the Town Council of Port Orchard, Wash.• up. to the 4th day of April, 1921 at 7:30 p. m. for the construction of a wooden sidewalk, six feet in width, from the south margin of alley in Block 3, orig- inal Town of Sidney, along the west side of Cline _street to West Bay street, and from.Ciine street along the south side of West Bay Street to Pottery Bridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications of the city engineer on file with the town clerk, and will be opened by the Town Council at its regular session on said date, com- mencing at 7:30 p. m. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the town clerk for the; sum of not less than 5 per cent of the bid. The town council reserves tL . right to reject any and all bids.
