That the Town coun- cil pursuant' to Ordinance No. 331 , for the improvement of Cline street and West Bay street establishing "Local Improvement District No. 1 Cline and West Bay Street Wooden Sidewalk 1921." has caused an as- sessment roll to be made and submit" ted to the council of the cost assess- ed against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land within the said assessment district in Pay- ment thereof; Section 2. That June the 20th' 1921 at 7; 30 p. m. at the regular meeting place of the Council on said, date, has been fixed for the hearing and consideration of the objections to the said assessment roll if any, and if no objections are filed, to sit as a board of equalization to assess and levy cost of the improvement against the lots, tracts and parcels of land within the said assessment ditrict the amount set opposite - thereto in said assessment roll.
