Be it resolved by the Town c
Port Orchard•
Section 1. That the town coup ,
cil pursuant to ordinance No. 3/51
providing for the improvement of
Dekalb and Dwight streets by ex-
tending the water mains on the said
streets to within 30 feet of Seattle
avenue and has caused an assessment
roll to be made and submitted to the
council of the cost assessed against
each of the lots, tracts or parcels of
land within the local assessment dis-
trict, in payment thereof.
Section 2. That April the 7th,
i1920, at the regular meeting place
of the said council has been fixed
for considering the objections to the
said assessment roll, if any, and for
;the approval or rejection of the said
improvement, and if no objections
are offered, to sit as a board of equal-
ization, levy and assess the cost of
the said improvement against the
lots, tracts, and parcels of land with-
in said assessment district the
amounts set opposite thereto in the
said roll.

of Port Orchard this 31st day of
March, 1920.
