That July 26th, 1920 at the regular meeting place of the l said council has been fixed for con- siderating the objections to the said assessment roll, if- any, and for the approval or rejection of the said improvement, and if no objcetions are offered, to sit as a board of equalization, levy and assess the cost of the said improvement against the 1 ots, tracts and parcels of land with- n the said assessment district, the f amounts set opposite thereto in the said roll. 1 Passed by the Council of. the Town of Port Orchard this 28th day of I June, 1920.
