Be it resolved by the council of the I I
Town of Port Orchard.
Section 1. 'That the Town Coun-
cil of the Town of Port Orchard, I i�

Section 1. That the Council of

the improvement of the water sys-
tem by extending the water mains
to Pottery Hill, have caused an as-
sessment roll to be made and submit-
ted to Council of the cost assessed
against each of the lots, tracts and
parcels of land within the local
assessment district in, payment there-
of. �
Section 2. That July 26th, 1920
at the regular meeting place of the l
said council has been fixed for con-
siderating the objections to the said
assessment roll, if- any, and for the
approval or rejection of the said
improvement, and if no objcetions
are offered, to sit as a board of
equalization, levy and assess the cost
of the said improvement against the 1
ots, tracts and parcels of land with-
n the said assessment district, the
f amounts set opposite thereto in the
said roll. 1
