What it is the intention of the said Torn Council to order the improvement of West Street hetween DeKa.lb St and High Ave, as follows; Beginning at a point 33 feet South of the intersection of West and Delalb Sts. running thence East a distance of 33 feet thence Southwesterly to the intersection of Test St and High Ave, thence Korth 78°43'Test, a distance cf 33•C5 feet, thence Northeasterly on a line parallel with the East line of this description to the point of beginning, by grading irm same '-c the esti,hlished Trade, and by the construction of wooden gutters and a wooden sidewa.lic 9 feet in T dth on the west side of said portion of �'�est St. to be improved; Also the improvement of High Ave. frer.: the intersection of Test St. to the intersection of McClure St. by grading to the established grade and gravelling same, and by the construction_ op gutters and a wooden sidewalk 5 feet in .fidth on the West side of High Ave. ; Also the i.r_-provement of £IcClure St. from the intersecticn of Hir7h Ave. to the intersection of Hull St. by grading to the established grade, the full width of said St, by the constructcn of a wooden sidewalk, 5 feet in width on the South side of said St.; and the irinrovement of Bull St. from the intersection of McClure St- to the ;.ntersection of Kendall St, by grading same to the established r?rade, to its full. width, and b�* the construction of a r.-ccdlen sidewalk , 5 feet i n width on the nest side of said St. and fr orr� the _nt ersecti en of Kendall St. mar?ir--off Meleher St. by grading to a width of 2C ft, that portion of said S+ . now used as a road i+ray, , accord; rsy to the plans and specs fi cati cns to be prepared by the engineer and filed in the office cf the Clerk of the said Torn. SECOND. '"hat the estimated. cost and expense of the said improvement of the sai ^ improvement is THIRD. That to pay the cost of the said improvement it is 17rcpcsed to create an enlarges assessment district to pay the cost of the said improvement, sai-- effilarged district -to be bounded on the East by Railroad Avenue, on the South by the North margin of Sroufe Street, produced Test to the City limits on the West by the City limits South of '"hire St,and Grant Avenue North of Third Street, and to assess the cost and expense of the said improvement to the property ix embraced in the above description, in proportion to area and distance back from She Marginal lines of said portions of said Streets to be Inpreved, as provided by the laws of the State of Washington. FOURTH. That it is proposes to'make he assessment for said ir:proverer.t to be levied as aforesaid, payable in years, with interest at 7 C/C per annum, and to issue warrants or bonds therefor payable out of said district. FIFTH. That all persons who may desire to object to said proposed improve— ments, are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at the regular meetin_?_ of th6s Council at the Town Hall of Port Orchard, Washington on the 1.1onday May 112th 1^15, at 8.30 P.M. of said day, which is hereby fired as time and place for hears n? stitch objections. SiXTH. That a civil engineer be employed for the making of this improvement and he is hereby directed to snirit to said Town Council, at or prior to the date fixed for the hearing of any objections to said proposed improvement a statement. showing, the proportionate amount to be born by the property within the prosed assessment district, the agregate assessed value of the real estate, exclusive of improvenents withir said district, according to the valuation last placed upon the same for the purposes of general taxation, together with a diagram or print showing thereon the said lots, tracts or parcels of land specially benefitted, and the estimated cost to be born by each of said lots, tracts or parcels of land.
