City of Kirkland WASPC agrees to provide personnel to facilitate any of the foregoing dimensions as
Sheriff Mitzi Johanknecht requested by the City. The City agrees to pay WASPC $2,000, plus staff time and
King County expenses. Staff time is billable at $75 per hour and is estimated at approximately 40
Chief Darrell Lowe hours. The City also agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of RCW
City of Redmond 43.101.095, Peace Officer Certification.
