This letter will confirm the City's willingness to renew your contract for one (1) four-year term.
The Lease renewal shall be effective November 1, 2o11, and expire October 31, 2015.
Section 2 of the Lease allows for one (1) renewal option. Per our recent telephone conversation,
you were in agreement to renew the current contract. Section 2 of the Lease requires written
notification from you, the tenant that you would like to renew the Lease. It would be appreciated
if you would sign below indicating your desire to renew the lease and return the original signed
letter to my office, a copy is enclosed for your records as well as a self-addressed envelope.
In addition, please note that in accordance to Section 3, which states that your office will pay
$boo monthly, plus leasehold excise tax of 12.84%, which shall be due and payable on the first
day of each month.

By our signatures below, the parties hereby agree to extend the Lease Agreement recorded in Kitsap
County on January 25, 2008, for an additional four-year term, with an expiration date of October 31,
2015.
