Hello Donna,
As you know, the property lease the City has with Caseco Associates, Inc. will expire on October 31, 2015.
The City's desire is to enter into a month -to -month lease at the same rate of $600 per month, plus excise tax
payable on the first of each month.
Next year the City will construct a Storm Drainage Utility Decant Facility on adjacent land. As part of this
project, the City will be reviewing the property and updating property descriptions and use agreements as
necessary. The project is to be completed in 2016.
