THIS AMENDMENT AUTHORIZES THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT:
A time only extension - extending the Agreement termination date to June 30, 2023.
The Hydraulic model was in the process of being updated by our On Call consultant. The completed
Hydraulic model was necessary to begin this project.
C073-22, Section 3 Terms is amended to read as follows: This Agreement shall commence on May 24, 2022
("Commencement date") and shall terminate on June 30, 2023 unless extended or terminated in writing as
provided herein.
In all other respects the Underlying agreement between the parties shall remain in full force and effect, amended
as set forth herein, but only as set forth herein.
