The undersigned Grantors, for and in consideration of benefits to be derived, by these
presents bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, a muni-
cipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, an easement over, across, along
and under the following -described property situated in Kitsap County, State of Washing-
ton:
A portion of Lots 6,7 and 8, KENDALL°S ADDITION,
said easement being included within a strip 10 feet in width, five feet each side of a
centerline described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east side of the alley
in said Addition, said point being 18 feet north
CS0 of the common line between Lots 6 and 7; thence
southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the
west margin of West Avenue, said point being 7
�. feet north of the common line between Lots 8 and
C9 9 of said Addition,
for the purpose of installing, constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing and
replacing a sewer pipeline or lines and all necessary connections and appurtenances
thereto, together with the right of ingress to and from and across said described
property for the foregoing purposes; PROVIDED, that upon completion of the construc-
tion and installation of said sewer pipeline, private improvements are disturbed or
damaged in either the original installation or in maintenance of such pipeline or lines,
the Grantee shall immediately after such installation or maintenance restore said
premises to their original condition as near as may be.
This conveyance shall be a covenant running with the land, and shall be binding on
Grantors and their heirs and assigns, forever.
