Request for Qualifications
The City of Port Orchard solicits Statements of Qualification from qualified A&E Professional
Services Consultants with expertise in street design, sanitary sewer design, and construction
phase consulting. Scope: Sidney Road SW is a developing corridor within the City of Port
Orchard that lacks adequate pedestrian and bicycle facilities. Improvements along the corridor
will include the addition of sidewalks, curb and gutter, RRFBs, bike lanes, installation of street
lighting, and stormwater improvements. Additionally, development along the corridor
necessitates the construction of a portion of the sanitary sewer force main that will run to a
new sewer lift station in the future. Project site is located at Sidney Rd SW from SW Hovde Rd
to SR16 Overpass. Deadline for Submittals: 2:00 p.m. on September 8, 2023. For full
