Notice to all Plan Holders:
This Addendum No. 2, containing the following revisions, additions, deletions, and/ or clarifications is
hereby made a part of the Plans and Contract Provisions (Contract Documents) for the above named
project. It shall be attached to the Contract Provisions and shall be taken into consideration by the
Bidders in submitting their bids.
Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of the Addendum No. 2 in the space provided on the Proposal/
Construction Contract form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification of the bidders
submittal.
Question and Answer
Question 1: (Schedule C- Bethel Rd.) Can the COPO provide intersecting street name for the concrete
work and intersection paving to plan according?
Answer 1: Intersection is located southwest of 3487 Bethel Rd SE, Port Orchard, WA. The road
intersecting Bethel is a driveway from Wal-Mart (does not have street name).
Question 2: (Schedule B- Sidney Rd.) What are the patching limits on Sidney Rd., are we getting into the
traffic loops and will a UPO be needed?
Answer 2: Road markings for patch work and crack sealing limits will be refreshed (SW Sedgwick Rd to
SW Berry Lake Rd). Traffic loops are not a part of the project. A uniformed police officer will not be
needed.
Question 3: (Schedule F- Carl Pickle Dr.) Is the work limited to the entrance area of Carl Pickle?
Answer 3: Yes, the patch work is to be completed just off SE Lund Ave on SE Carl Pickle Dr.
Question 4: (Schedule D- Shop Facility) Is the work limited to the gravel area on the back side of the
building?
Answer 4: Yes, see Shop Site Plan below. Grading and Base in preparation for asphalt by others.
Question 5: (Schedule E- Decant Facility) Can additional information be provided regarding location and
prep work needed?
Answer 5: Yes, see Decant Site Plan below. Grading and Base in preparation for asphalt by others.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT
