Notice to all Plan Holders:
This Addendum No. 2, containing the following revisions, additions, deletions, and/ or
clarifications, is hereby made a part of the Plans and Contract Provisions (Contract Documents)
for the above named project. It shall be attached to the Contract Provisions and shall be taken
into consideration by the Bidders in submitting their bids.
Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 in the space provided on the Proposal/
Construction Contract form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification of the
bidders submittal.
CONTRACT PROVISIONS
1. CLARIFICATION
Item No. 1: Additional Information for Submittina Sealed Bids
Due to remodeling work occurring at City of Port Orchard City Hall, Contractors submitting
sealed bids to the office of the City Clerk for the City of Port Orchard will need to use the
entrance on the first floor and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The City Clerk will be working
in the Council Chambers where the bid opening is to be held between 9:30am and 10:00am.
Contractors who wish to submit their bids prior to 9:30am may go to the Court Office across
the hall from the Council Chambers and staff there will have the City Clerk come out to accept
the bid. The bid due date and time remains the same: Bids will be received no later than April
18, 2024 at 1:00.
