5-Addendum No. 3CONTRACT ADDENDUM NO. 3 CITY OF PORT ORCHARD Melcher Pump Station Rehabilitation Project No. PW2023-017 Date Advertised: March 22, 2024 Date of Addendum Issue: April 12, 2024 Date of Opening: April 24, 2024 Notice to all Plan Holders: This Addendum No. 3, containing the following revisions, additions, deletions, and/ or clarifications, is hereby made a part of the Plans and Contract Provisions (Contract Documents) for the above named project. It shall be attached to the Contract Provisions and shall be taken into consideration by the Bidders in submitting their bids. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 3 in the space provided on the Proposal/ Construction Contract form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification of the bidders submittal. CONTRACT PROVISIONS Item No. 1: Additional Information for Submitting Sealed Bids Bid opening date and time is changed to 1:00 pm on April 24, 2024. No proposals will be accepted after the above -stated time. Immediately following the above -stated time, the proposals will be publicly opened and read. Due to remodeling work occurring at City of Port Orchard City Hall, Contractors submitting sealed bids to the office of the City Clerk for the City of Port Orchard will need to use the entrance on the first floor and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The City Clerk will be working in the Council Chambers where the bid opening is to be held between 12:30pm and 1:00pm. Contractors who wish to submit their bids prior to 12:30pm may go to the Court Office across the hall from the Council Chambers and staff there will have the City Clerk come out to accept the bid.
