P23CLUTION of the Council of the To,vn. of Fort Orchard, declaring
its intention to inprove SID41=1 STR. u:T from the forth margin of Divi-
sion Street to the South limits of the"Torn of Fort Orchard, by clear-
ing, grubbing and grading said street.
.-TBTZLP.S it is deemed for the best interests of the town of Fort
Creharcl to grade Sidney Street between the points hereinbefore mentioned
for the purpose of public travel.
FLOW, THMMIU .E, BE IT RESOLVE? by the Council of the Town of Fort
Orchard:
First. That it is the intention of the Council of the Tour. of
Port Orchard to improve SIDS L STREE'T from the Borth margin of DIVISION
ST=T to the South limits of the Town of Port Orchard, by clearing,
,grubbing and grading said street according to the plans and specifica-
tions therefor to be 11�' fed with the Clerk of said Tovm*
Second* That said improvement shall be mane by avT-riling contract
to the lowest bidder, and the costs and ex:penses of said inprovement
shall be assessed against the property abutting said improvement, ac-
cording to the benefits derived as provi deli by Lave.
Third. That the Clerk of said Torn is hereby instructed to post
at least three (3) colpies of this Resolution in three of the most pub-
lic places in said To:,,n along. the line of said proposed irrprovement

within three (3) days after the passage of this Resolution.
Fourth. That eny protest against said proposed imrovement may
be filed with the Town Clerk on or before June 21, 1909, at 8 o'clock,

Council.
