HARRIS, as her separate.property of the County of Kitsap, in the State of Washington, in consideration of the sum of $1,�0� in hand paid and of the benefits and other valuable considera- tions, received and to be received, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the CITY OF PORT ORCHARD the following described parcel of land situated in the City of Port Orchard, Kitsap County, State of. Washington, to -wit: A strip of land 140 feet wide, being 80 feet on the Northerly side, and 60 feet on the Southerly side of the centerline of Pottery Hill Blvd., Bay Street to Tremont, as surveyed over and across the following described Parcell520-40: PARCEL 1520-40: -A That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter, Section 35, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W. M. , described as follows: Beginning at a point 660 feet south and 320 feet west of the Northeast corner of the said Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence West 435 feet; thence 160 feet, more or less, to a point which is 500 feet South of the North line of said subdivision; thence East 435 feet; thence South 160 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. The lands being conveyed herein contain an area of 27,750 square feet, more or less, the specific details concerning all of which are to be found within that certain map now of record and on file in the office of the City Clerk, City of Port Orchard, Washington, and bearing date of approval, March 1969, and the centerline of which is also shown of Record in Book f Highway Plats, Page , Records of Kitsap County. 7 7 Z'/ The undersigned Grantors understand that under 42 U. S. C. 3070(3) the City must give 90 days written notice before a person lawfully occupying the real property shall be required to surrender possession thereof on account of the construction or development to take place. The undersigned do hereby waive the requirement of the said 90 days written notice and consent to the immediate possession of the above described property by the City of Port Orchard.
