GRANTORS, Michael Charles Staats, Elizabeth A. Staats, for and in consider-
ation of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, grants.and conveys to GRANTEE, CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON, an easement and right-of-way over; across, along,.through
and under the following described property situated in Kitsap County, Washington, to
wit:

Portion of the northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
Willamette Meridian described as follows:
A 5 ft. permanent easement along the east property line from the southeast
property corner north 520 ft. more or less to the south right-of-way boundary
of State Route 16 of the following described property:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 34, Township 24 Nor -La, Range 1 East,
W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South'line of said Government Lot 1, a distance
of 555 feet East of the Southwest,corner thereof; thence East along said South line
93 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the Westerly line of said Government Lot 1,
to the Government meander line; thence Southwesterly along said meander line
to a point which lies parallel with and 625 feet East of the Westerly line of
said Government Lot 1; thence Southerly and parallel to the Westerly line of
said Government Lot 1 to the Northerly margin of Old State Highway No. 14;
thence Southwesterly along said Northerly margin to a post on a line which lies
parallel with and 555 feet East of the Westerly line of said Government Lot 1;
Pnthence Southerly parallel to the Westerly line of said Government Lot 1 to the
point of beginning; EXCEPT Old State Highway No. 14; and EXCEPT the South 30

Nothing contained herein shall grant or convey any interest whatsoever to
the natural water supply of the properties described by this instrument and grantee,
its agents, assigns or successors in interest shall not be relieved from liability
for damage to said natural water supply occasioned by use or enjoyment of the ease -
