THE GRANTORS, Norman C. Clare and Rae M. Clare, husband and wife, for
and in consideration of ten dollars and in further consideration of the general public
welfare and of the peculiar and special benefits to accrued therefrom, does by these
presents convey and warrant to the City of Port Orchard, a Washington municipal
corporation, for the use of the public, the following described real estate situated in
Kitsap County, Washington, to the same extent and purposes as if the rights granted
had been acquired under the Eminent Domain Statute of the State of Washington,
together with any after -acquired title therein.
Per Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
It is understood and agreed that the improvements located upon the lands
herein conveyed and partially upon the grantor's remaining lands is conveyed herein in
its entirety to the City of Port Orchard, its agents or assigns.
The grantor herein further grants to the City of Port Orchard, its agents or
assigns, the right to enter upon the grantor's remaining lands where necessary to
remove said improvements.
The Grantor hereby requests the Assessor -Treasurer of said County to set -over
to the remainder the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the real property hereby
conveyed, as provided by RCW 84.60.070.

family residence with attached 560 s.f. wooden deck.

Lots 3 and 4, Block 22, Annapolis, as per plat recorded in Volume 1 Of Plats, Pages 64
and 65, records of Kitsap County, Washington;
Except from said lots 3 and 4, block 22, any portion which may lie within the plat of
Sidney Tide Lands;
Also Lots 3 and 4, Block 22, Sidney Tide Lands, as per map thereof on file in the office
of Public Lands in Olympia, Washington, being tide lands adjacent to Lots 3 and 4, Block
22, Annapolis, as per plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, pages 64 and 65, records of
