BE IT OI DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PORT ORCHARLD :
SECTION 1: That a public emergency exists in that it was unfor-
seen that an Adams grader belonging to the Town of Port Orchard and used
by the Street Department thereof would require extensive repairs and over-
haul during the year of 5956 at the time of adopting the budget for the
year 1956 by the Council of the ,darn of Port Orchard, and insufficient
funds were appropriated therefor in the Street Fund for the year 1956.
SECTION 2: That there shall be appropriated for equipment re-
pair in the said Street Fund for the year 1956, an additional sum of
$1,500.00 for the payment of repairs to equipment used by the Street
Department of the Town of Port Orchard and disbursement of the said
additional amount is hereby authorized upon approval of appropriate
vouchers presented to the Council of the Town of Port Orchard.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage, approval and publication in the official
newspaper of the Town of Port Orchard, Washington
INTRODUCED at regularly scheduled meeting of the Council of the
Town of Port Orchard on May 14. 1956 and passed unanimously by the vote
of all the members present with the approval of the Nayor at thee eeSond
reading on May 28, 1956. /
