An ordinance for the vacation of
that portion of Hemlock Street
(Less the north 15 feet thereof)
lying easterly of and immediately
adjacent to Block 8, Tom Cline's
Addition.
WHEREAS it appears to the Town Council of the Town of Port
Orchard, Washington, that pursuant to a resolution adopted by
said Council on the 9th day of November, 1953, setting a time
for the hearing of a petition to vacate the above described
portion of Hemlock Street, and
WHEREAS the Council fixed the date of December 14, 1953
at 8:00 P. M. as the date of hearing said petition, and due
notice having been given in accordance with the law and any
and all objections to the granting of said petition having
been heard and considered by the Council, now, therefore,
Be It Ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Port
Orchard, Washington:
That portion of Hemlock Street (less the North 15 feet
thereof) lying easterly of and immediately adjacent to Block 8
Tom Cline's Addition in the Town of Port Orchard be vacated
at this time.
