CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
LOAN AGREEMENT
This agreement is between the City of Port Orchard, a Municipal Corporation, and the Sidney
Museum and Arts Association, a Washington Non -Profit Organization, located at 202 Sidney Avenue.
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1999 the City Council of the City of Port Orchard declared as surplus to
the needs of the City of Port Orchard the old safe located within the City Treasurer's Department vault.
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1999 the City Council of the City of Port Orchard authorized the City
Treasurer to loan to the Sidney Museum and Arts Association the old safe located within the City
Treasurer's Department Vault.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties the City of Port Orchard will have the first
rights to regain possession of the safe, if the Sidney Museum and Arts Association disbands.
INS ITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be executed as of the
