HomeMy WebLinkAbout063-25 - Active Construction, Inc. - Contract Exhibit DExhibit D Climate Commitment Act (CCA) Branding Requirements This Project is funded in part by Washington's Climate Commitment Act (CCA). As a condition of receiving CCA funds, the City is required to comply with all branding and public acknowledgment guidelines issued by the State of Washington. The Contractor shall assist the City in meeting these requirements as follows: 1. Acknowledgment Language. The Contractor shall include the following acknowledgment language on any public -facing materials it produces related to this Project, including but not limited to construction signage, informational brochures, and outreach materials, where other funders or project partners are referenced: "The Sidney Road Non -Motorized Improvements Project is supported with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington's climate action efforts by putting cap -and -invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. Information about the CCA is available at www.climate.wa.gov." 2. Logo Use. If the Contractor displays logos of other funders or the City on Project -related signage, webpages, or communications, it shall also include the Climate Commitment Act logo, consistent with the requirements found at www.climate.wa.gov/brandtoolkit 3. Subcontractor Requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that all subcontractors and suppliers involved in public -facing aspects of the Project are made aware of and comply with the above requirements. 4. Proportional Branding. Branding shall be consistent and proportional to the level of CCA funding involved in the Project, and consistent with branding of other funding sources. 5. Review and Enforcement. The City reserves the right to review public -facing materials and Project signage for compliance with this Exhibit. Noncompliance may result in a requirement to correct materials.
