Additional Work/Construction Change Directives:
COP#01- Additional weeding in the lower planter along Bay Street in preparation for the plantings. After discussion an additional Rhododendron
at the level 2 entrance was added to the project so the size of plants matched. $1,872.37 before tax.
COP#02- Additional work for irrigation system was required to trouble shoot damaged system during excavat on of footing drains by COPO PW.
Additional time needed to repair irrigation damaged by concrete flat work repairs post pre -bid walk. 32 hours f materials. $3,269.24 before tax.
COP#03- Additional work to diagnose drainage issues with planters. It was determined the soil that was placed in planters was unable to properly
drain, potting soil was mixed into the planters and the amount of irrigation was reduced significantly. $2,484.27 before tax.
