hereinafteir called the Grantor, and the
called the Grantee.
Grantor is the Owner of that certain real property located in the City of Port Orchard, County of
Kitsap, State of Washington, more particularly described in the attached Attachment "/t''
("Grantor's Parcel").
Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
conveys, sets over, assigns and warrants to the City of Port Orchard the following described
personal property situated within, on and adjacent to Grantor's Parcel in Kitsap County, State of
Washington, TO WIT:
Sanitary sewer lift station and controller system, sanitary sewer lift station emergency generator
and automatic transfer switch, Sedgwick Road lmprovements (traffic signal, turn lanes, sidewalk,
curb and gutter, retaining walls, guardrails, utility improvements), water main on Lowe's property in
public easements, sewer force main f rom sanitary sewer lift station to sewer manhole on east side
of SR-16.
See Attachment "8," Lowe's of Port Orchard: Capital lmprovements conveyed to City of Port
Orchard.
All Capital lmprovements hereby conveyed to Grantee shall be hereafter maintained by Grantee at
Grantee's sole cost and expense.
The Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the personal propefi above conveyed,
it has the full power to convey the same, and that it will defend the title of said Grantee against any
and all persons laMully making claims thereto.
