M., City of Pott Orchard, in Kitsap County, Washington, more particularly described as follows; A strip of land, 5.00 feet in width, lying westerly of the following described line, Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SEV+ SW%, thence North 88' 17' 03" West along the Nofih line of said SE% SW74, a distance of 759.58 feet to the East Right of Way Margin of Lloyd Parkway, thence South 00' 59' 51" West along said Right of Way Margin, a distance of 50.00 feet, to the South Right of Way Margin of Lloyd Parkway, thence along said Right of Way Margin North 88" 17' 02" West, 31.34 feet to the point of curvature of a tangent curve to the left, the radius point of which bears, South 1" 42'57" West, 40.00 feet distant, thence along the arc of said Curve, a distance of 61 .51 feet, through a central angle of 88' 06' 19" to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence South 24' 19'13" East, 287.18 feet to the Northerly Right of Way Margin of the Old Cliffton Road, as it existed in December of 1998, and the terminus of this description.
