Landscape areas.
Abutting streets with names.
Proposed freestanding signs on site.

❑ Elevation drawings of each building on the site, drawn to scale: Must show:
❑ Sign locations on each of the buildings.
❑ Sign types and features.
❑ Color scheme.
❑ Maximum allowable signage on each elevation based upon 5% calculation of all facades.
❑ A narrative statement which includes:
❑ A description of the development.
❑ Demonstrates how the master sign plan meets the required design standards and criteria for
approval in POMC 20.132.050 and 20.132.060(4).
