In consideration of the mutual benefits and covenants contained herein, the parties agree that the Legal Services Agreement — Prosecution Services (Agreement), fully executed on January 23, 2023, and designated as Kitsap County contract number KC -495-22, and amended by KC -495-22A and KC -495-22B, shall be further amended as follows: 1. Effective January 1, 2026, Section III, TERM OF AGREEMENT, is amended to read: The term of this agreement is January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. 1. Effective January 1, 2026, Section V, COMPENSATION, is amended to provide the annual cost for 2026 services as $171,385.52. The cost for services shall be paid in equal monthly installments. 2.
