Therefore, we are asking for an upfront payment for Design Costs as outlined in PSE's Rate Schedule 85 on file with the Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission. Please note that the Design Costs collected up front will be applied as a credit towards the project's Normal Construction Costs as defined in Rate Schedule 85. If this project is deemed to be canceled at any point, PSE's accumulated project charges will be reconciled against the upfront payment amount and a refund or additional billing will follow as appropriate. Terms and conditions around Design Costs and the applicability of the upfront payment to the project's costs are outlined in Rate Schedule 85, which can be located at PSE's website. Project Options Design Costs Payment Required: $ 22,651.83 Plus applicable taxes. The design cost is based on our estimate of engineering hours required and/or permit acquisition costs.
