Discussion was held regarding advertising, the Rocks of Cheer event, utility billing inserts, lighted boats, hanging
lights downtown, and the Port Orchard Bay Street Association and Port Orchard Chamber events, including a
socially distant Santa and sleigh and letters to Santa.
Additionally, proceeds for the virtual 5K run are going to the South Kitsap Helpline.
City Hall Tree
Chair Lucarelli mentioned she received a couple pictures of trees to place in front of City Hall and she will need
to determine which tree to use this year.

Chair Lucarelli said an ad will run this week in the paper, similar to what was used last year.
Ms. Haydock said the planters will be ready at the end of October for the trees to be planted.
