RESOLUTION NO. 014-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE SIX -YEAR
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE
YEARS 2016-2021.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is required by RCW 35.77.010 to adopt a
comprehensive transportation program for the ensuing six calendar year (the six -year
TIP); and
WHEREAS, the City is required to hold a public hearing on the six -year TIP,
which the Port Orchard City Council held on June 9, 2015; now, Therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program for the
years 2016-2021, a copy of which is attached hereto and which is an
integral portion of the Six -Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
City of Port Orchard, is hereby adopted.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 23rd day of June 2015.
