Council Meeting Minutes
Special Meeting of January 11, 2016
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m.
Roll call was taken by the City Clerk as follows:
Mayor Pro -Tern Ashby

Councilmember Chang

Councilmember Cucciardi
Present
Councilmember Donlin
Present
Councilmember Lucarelli
Present
Councilmember Clauson
Absent
Staff present: City Clerk Rinearson
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 8:06 a.m., the Council recessed into a 30-minute executive session to discuss the qualification of
candidates in accordance with RCW 42.30.110(1)(h).
At 8:34 a.m., the Council continued the executive session for an additional ten minutes.
At 8:44 a.m., the Council continued the executive session for an additional five minutes.
At 8:49 a.m., the Council continued the executive session for an additional five minutes
At 8:54 a.m., the Council reconvened back into regular session. No action was taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned..at 8:54 a.m. No other action was taken.
