CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Rob Putaansuu called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Staff present: Community Development Director Bond, City Attorney Sharon Cates, City Clerk
Rinearson, and Deputy City Clerk Floyd were also present.
Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Putaansuu led the audience and Council in the Pledge of Allegiance.
1. Ann Macfarlane-Parliamentary Procedure Training
Mayor Putaansuu introduced, and provided a brief bio, of Ann MacFarlane, who provided the
Parliamentary procedure training.
Ann MacFarlane provided training to the City Council, Mayor, and Planning Commissioners on the
following topics;
• Quorum, Agenda, Minutes;
• System of Motions;
• Voting;
• Meeting Discussion;
• What Members Can Do When Things Go Wrong;
• Authority and Role of Chair and Members; and
• Conclusion
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
