Council Retreat Minutes
Special Meeting of February 20, 2016
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Putaansuu called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. at the South Kitsap Fire and Rescue
Station on Tremont.
Roll call was taken by the City Clerk as follows:

Staff present: City Clerk Rinearson, City Attorney Cates, Human Resource Coordinator Howard,
Treasurer Martin, Public Works Director Dorsey, and Community Development Director Bond,
2. DISCUSSION
Council and staff held discussions on the vision and goals of the City Council.
Staff presented their 2016 work plan to the Council.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjrQurned at 3:03 p.m. No other action was taken.
